Lionel Andrés Messi Cuccittini, known as Lionel Messi or simply “Lio”, is an Argentinian footballer who was born in Rosario, Argentina, on June 24, 1987, and plays as a forward or right winger. He comes from a family with fewer economic resources, made up of his father, Jorge Horacio Messi, a factory worker and his mother, Celia María Cuccittini. His maternal grandmother, Celia Olivera, was the one who motivated him to play football as a professional. For that reason, in 1992, when he was 5 years old he began his training as a soccer player in the club.

Early years

Travis Kelce is an American football player born in Ohio, United States. He comes from a family where his father, Ed Kelce, worked as a sales representative, while his mother, Donna Kelce, had a previous career in banking as an executive. Additionally, he is the younger brother of Jason Kelce, who is also a prominent American football player.

He attended Cleveland Heights High School, where Travis Kelce actively participated in a variety of sports during his school years, including baseball, American football and basketball.

Beginnings

During his school years, Travis Kelce showcased his excellence in American football. As the quarterback for The Tigers, he excelled for three consecutive years and earned recognition with All-Lake Erie League honors. In his senior year, he achieved an impressive total of 2,539 offensive yards. Early years

Linda Caicedo, the distinguished Colombian professional footballer, has always carried the love for football in her heart since she was a little girl. Accompanied by the encouragement of her parents, Mauricio Caicedo and Herlinda Alegría, Linda pursued her dream with passion and determination. Battle Against Cancer

At the age of 15, Linda Caicedo received a diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

“What I remember was that I had to undergo surgery one day, and I felt really bad (…) I thought I wouldn’t return to top-level football”.

In the year 2020, when Linda was part of Deportivo Cali’s squad, she faced a difficult situation due to her diagnosis of ovarian cancer. During that season, she couldn’t showcase her best performance due to this illness. In April of the same year, Linda began her treatment to combat cancer.
